I built Openfnder after repeatedly seeing teams—including my own—jump straight to “build this” without solid evidence, wasting time and money on features no one asked for. We needed a brain before hands: something that pulls user interviews and usage signals into the coding moment and forces the questions “Who asked for this?” and “What’s the proof?”
