Techie turned (accidental) product designer! A lot of us underestimate “the power of moments”, a book that someone gifted me 15 years back (Don’t Make Me Think by Steve Krug) changed my life, and I decided to switch to Design. I started Parallel in 2014, possibly one of India’s first few product design studios. Today, we have helped over 100 companies like Meta, Sarvam.ai, Delhivery, Xto10X, UrbanPiper, Gullak, and Hyperface build better products. I am fascinated by the power of design to change lives, having designed for Digilocker, Co-Win, NDAP, and over 10 Gov-Tech products with Digital India Corporation, NITI Aayog, NIC, and World Bank.
