Robert Finch has built a career that blends leadership in healthcare, public service, and human resources management. With more than fifteen years of executive experience in healthcare, he has held several leadership positions focused on improving organizational performance, workforce development, and strategic planning. His work reflects a strong commitment to operational excellence and to developing effective teams within complex healthcare systems. Faith has also been an important part of Finch’s life. He joined Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Stephens, Georgia, at the age of nine and was ordained as a deacon in 1988. After moving to Jacksonville, Florida, in 1996, he continued serving in ministry at Shiloh Metropolitan Baptist Church.
