I have operated a bilingual tax, insurance and business services office for the last 18 years... dealing with the frustrations of the lack of quality control over certain services delivered by my employees. Also dealing with the reality of employee theft when catering to a heavy cash-using target market. As well as the typical headaches for business owners... managing the cash-drawer closings, timekeeping, record-keeping and reporting. After spending thousands of dollars over the years to try and build the platform to solve this... I sat down over a period of months and designed it myself. It checks all the boxes!
