We started building on Retro because we needed an AI customer rep. As we're building, we learned that it's almost impossible to encode Human empathy and deep connections into AI systems. Our ticket resolution rate shot up, but our customers were not happy, they did not feel valued. And that's what inspired us to build the first human centered customer service platform assisted with AI.
