I love to build solutions for people productivity, hiring, career development and higher ed. I've been building tools since 2010 after being laid off as a product designer at a gaming company where I rarely spoke to end users. Now, as a founder and builder, I get to speak to end users all the time and LOVE it. My last startup was a coaching and feedback tool, and was acquired in 2013 by TriNet where I became a product manager for my tool and slowly lost my connectivity with end users. It was quite an adventure but I prefer building innovative tools that have impact on peoples lives. Pounse is my latest startup with a suite of tools that I built from a career profile, a hiring ATS tool, a talent marketplace, and a coaching tool for career advisors.
