My 11 year old has spent more time in Design Home than I ever spent in the Sims. It’s second as far as MOU only to Roblox, and more than YouTube.

Ok, this is very cool, and could add meaningful alternative for retailers. But, to truly compete with FBA will require providing de-palletitizing, picking & packing, automated shipping notification, automated tracking, automated stock level notifications, automated return logistics, and automated chargebacks. Right now I can use Flexport + FBA on my own sites, and most everything from FOB in...

Concept is solid. But the onboarding flow needs work. Login with FB should be login-and-done. Not FB authenticate, then email confirmation, then enter first, last, email, then prompt for a profile photo...

I've been waiting years for Foursquare to make this exact API. We're ready to bake it into our best stuff.

Fun colors and entrance/exit animations. Surprising list of integrations (albeit not all baked and polished). Mildly disorienting IA for the top-level UX nodes. I tapped a button in the onboarding flow that said something like...

I backed on KS, and my kids and I love the design. We were 2-for-4 on getting edible results. Functionally, there's some room for doing more, like giving feedback on whether there's too much or too little light, and following through on the early messaging about delivering mobile apps for feedback.

My daughter and I played with FLUX at a Maker Fair a couple of months ago, and it is awesome. The studio app looks solid for kids. I'm hoping they can integrate the built-in laser scanner with the printing process to identify failed prints, and maybe with some magic, restart failed prints that are salvageable.
