RNDC’s origins go back to several family-owned distributors that built their businesses on service, trust, and long-term supplier partnerships. These early organizations established their reputations by focusing on dependable execution and close collaboration within their local markets. As they expanded, their shared priorities created a natural path toward unification. In 2007, two of these established distributors formally joined forces, forming a larger organization capable of serving a wider, more dynamic national marketplace. This merger combined decades of experience while preserving the relationship-centered culture that shaped each founding business.
