They've got it all - a great product that has regular upgrades, excellent customer service, and they take all the worry and complexity out of getting my voice heard on Alexa. Couldn't ask for anything more! Pros: All I have to worry about is making my content awesome. SoundUp takes care of the rest for me, quickly and easily. Cons: Can't think of anything!
