Tried Introwa out of curiosity after hearing about it from a friend. As a developer, I’ve been part of a lot of technical interviews, and honestly, it gets tiring switching between asking questions and taking notes while trying to stay present.
What I liked here is that it handles the evaluation part in the background without being intrusive. The structured scoring makes things more objective, and it’s helpful for comparing candidates later without relying on gut feeling. Interested to see how this evolves, especially if it starts supporting things like coding tasks or system design evaluations.
