This is awesome. Great value proposition, and clear simple pricing ($0.04 per customer interaction). As an indie builder, I would use this over something like Help Scout. It offers users support that doesn’t feel like a chatbot, while taking up labor intensive tasks like issuing partial refunds. I’ll give this a try on the project I’m currently working on.
