Hi, I m Ridhisha.
I ve been working on analyzing SaaS user behavior, mainly looking at where users drop off and what might be causing it.
One pattern I keep noticing is that users often become more active right before churn, usually trying to find value before leaving.
I m trying to apply this on real products now.
