Yesterday was a wild ride for us. Swytchcode ended up winning #1 Product of the Day on 16th Nov 2025, finishing with exactly 400 votes, something we genuinely didn t expect. We went in thinking the top product would land around 250 300 votes (on a Sunday) but three products crossed 300, and somehow we climbed all the way to the top.
I spent last month testing some assumptions like: founders want to meet others in-person. These assumptions failed as it's not as simple as that. There are some intricacies.
Well, I think will come back to the original asusmption that sort of worked. People liked being on the map, sharing their profile, and getting discovered.
I work at an angel syndicate and see how clunky the fundraising process really is, founders spending hours on intake forms, re-typing bios, hunting down metrics, only to get ghosted.
I d love to hear your experience:

As a community manager, I'll love to create a discord server for active Product Hunt community members to network. Is this something you'd love to be a part of? Comment let me know.
