Great communication. Almost weekly updates. They appear to really want their products to be the best, which has lead to frustration in receiving my Pro Kits. Don't agree with the very few negative comments. They have always communicated if unsatisfied ask for a full refund. I can only figure you would get it back since they are as upfront as any company I seen. This will probably be upgraded to a 5 star once I receive my products, based on others that have already received theirs. I have also invested in the company in all three campaigns. I believe in this company
