They take a lot of time to response and ask for for documents that was impossible to obtain given that I was travelling (since it’s a travel insurance) and I couldn’t go back to ask the doctor and put the date my symptoms started in the medical record. They never answered back about my complain. Wish I read the reviews before wasting money with them.
