If they had real people working on the product instead of elves ...because it is SOOOOOO SLOW! it’s been over a couple of months since I placed the order and I get regular updates and what would normally take a day or two to do for each process (choose fabric, cut fabric to size, designing, etc) takes them two weeks to do. If not elves, maybe they only have one person working one day a week....
