I m excited to share Onboardly, a tool built to automate the entire client onboarding process for creators, coaches, and course sellers. I built Onboardly after years of onboarding clients manually creating Drive folders, sending welcome emails, updating Sheets, inviting people to Discord all of it took hours every week. Now, each Stripe or PayPal payment triggers a fully automated workflow using your own tools, not shared ones.

Hey everyone!
I m building Onboardly, a tool that automates the entire onboarding workflow for course creators and digital educators.

When a client makes a purchase, Onboardly automatically:

  • Creates their Google Drive folder

  • Enrolls them in platforms like Kajabi, Thinkific or Skool

  • Sends all welcome emails

  • Gives access to Discord/Slack

  • Schedules a 1:1 call if needed (Calendly)

  • Gives the student their onboarding dashboard

  • Notifies the coach about students who require attention
