Today I released version 2 of the book which turned out to be a complete rewrite. Among general improvements (like a new layout for better readability) it features lots of cool new stuff including support for both CentOS 7 and 6 as well as a chapter on obtaining and installing SSL certificates to serve your application encrypted.
