Don't sleep on Rork. Beautiful designs and ability to actually have and test with an LLM without needing an API key. Made at least 7-8 apps with it.

I built this as an all-in-one tool that has helped transform me. I've used notebooks and used Apple Notes for years just to lose sight of the information I kept writing down. I also didn't catch how my reflections were impacting who I was day to day. Additionally, I have added a breath component since it has the ability to relax you in the midst of a storm.
