How do I get a refund? This product does not match my understanding of its marketing. I shelled out my money for a one time payment license, and you still have no user interface for a profile. No way to un-subscribe. No way to show you know who I am or identify me on another machine. it's weird and completely unlike any common modern standard for a website or product, which, of course, anyone...
