Since a couple of months, the program has gone downward a LOT. Where I would get good cut clips, I now get clips that are mirroring the same image, are way too stretched etc. When you then go to edit the clip, to make it how you want it to look (mind you this program is so you don't have to go in and edit and save time), then after downloading the clip, it looks entirely different. Have been contacting their staff for multiple things, but the only thing they keep offering are more credits. I can't even use my old credits as I'm not putting anything out due to the amount of issues this tool has! Before that I had to point out to them that some things weren't in their ToS while their customer representative said they were. after asking about that another time to the same person, where it actually resided there; I got ignored.
