I got the Bird Buddy as a Christmas gift and I was really excited to use it. I am interested in bird watching, so this gift took my interest to a completely new level!
I had no issues assembling everything up, but when I wanted to connect my camera I was experiencing some connection issues, as it would not want to pair. So I reached out to customer support, where they were quick to help me troubleshoot the camera, which is now working great.
I am extremely happy with my Bird Buddy and will definitely be checking out the new products they have announced, especially the new Bird Bath! So great!
