Nice! I worked on a similar product/project a few months ago called Spokedown. It started from a similar frustration - so much in my Pocket backlog, wishing I could _listen_ to it or have it summarized somehow. One of our biggest lessons learned was that people are willing to pay, if it's content for work. Good luck with this! Happy to trade notes.

I've been using the SMS Purple for the last few months and love it - both for what it is, and what it might mean for the future of news. There's a few emergent ways to engage one to one with smart people who curate the news - Purple and Snapchat are kinda leading the way here. Though there is something really nice about SMS, almost nostalgic in its simplicity, to not feeling "on" a third party...

This notion of data linting is really interesting, especially if it feels accessible and approachable to those otherwise "turned off" by playing with data sets. Curious what the process is to juice up this tool to help find non-obvious data errors or conduct general dataset cleansing, vs. obvious errors like missing rows, formulas, etc.

Awesome stuff. Plenty of ways to have in-app interactions without yanking the entire contact book - PH is an example :) (even if we wanted to have a non-public chat stream...) I didn't realize it was a private in-app chat, I'd love a way to add comments and content into the stream. Cool to hear that users are getting more context where before they had none - that's what it's all about. Well...

Slick, easy to understand, compelling content - all great things. Congrats on that. Not digging the interactions around chat/adding content. Forcing me to import contacts just to "chat" (and I'm not really sure what chat means) is annoying. Not letting me navigate out of that flow is super annoying. Gets to a broader point - the stream feels like being a fly on the wall while insiders talk,...

Looks sweet. We use Trello for so many things - product management, sales pipeline, customer support, scheduling blog posts, etc. Kinda like spreadsheets can do any type of data management but are only GREAT for a few types of data management, so "better spreadsheets for X" is smart, feels like "trello just for X" has a future

this is indeed awesome. i want to point out (as a h/t to the gray lady, i suppose) that these APIs have been available for years. our team used the campaign finance API when building Super PAC App back in 2012. @derekwillis was the go-to dude for the API back then...
