I’m a 21-year-old YouTube producer yeah, it sounds weird, but hear me out. Three years ago, I started as a writer for Moon. Since then, I’ve written for channels like Design Theory, KiraTV, Dark Records, and Crumb, climbing the ranks with a strategic, data-focused approach to YouTube. That led me to handling creative direction, production, recruitment, and strategy for a bunch of different channels. Lately, I’ve been obsessed with figuring out how the YouTube algorithm really works.
