This journey didn t start as a company. It started as a build. A hackathon idea. A lot of broken spreadsheets. And one recurring problem I kept seeing. People work hard for equity they don t understand and founders manage ownership with tools that were never built for how our markets actually move.
So I built Equical.
Equical helps founders manage cap tables funding timelines compliance documents and equity structures without the usual chaos. Everything lives in one place and you can actually see what is happening to your company ownership as you grow.
For employees Equical is about ownership not vibes.

We are still actively researching and building around compliance for tokenization. We are taking that part seriously because shortcuts here break companies later.

Equical uses business intelligence to analyze equity dilution valuation funding impact and ownership flow. Right now we are building deeply and using a designated llm while we refine our own BI logic. The goal is not AI branding. The goal is clarity.
