Linear feels like the only ticketing system made for engineers by engineers. It's fast in every sense of the word. Fast loading, fast to navigate the intuitive UI, and fast to make changes with keyboard shortcuts galore. I can't imagine going back to another ticketing system.

Notion is one of the few "everything" apps that does it's job without getting in your way. It's easy to become a big confusing mess as your product grows, but Notion has done a great job keeping things intuitive, especially for relatively simple users like me.
