I met the founders of Pitchswag a few months ago. They seemed really passionate about the vision so I guess time will tell where this actually goes and whether it will succeed. They've had a re-design of their site which has a more serious appeal and the video looks like it might have been taken off the site entirely. The re-designed main site (it looks a bit too busy/confusing IMO)...

This looks really good. Definitely reminiscent of SoundCloud, but after how irrelevant YouTube comments have become since Google+, this might be exactly what we need! Signing in with Twitter is a good idea and hopefully should keep trolls in check.

Seems like it'd be really useful for when hiring. A little indication about what to search for would be nice, I had no idea what I was supposed to type in the box at first!
