Hey everyone! I'm Ray, the founder of Feel Free Always.
I started building it because most self-improvement apps made me feel like I was failing a checklist. I wanted something calmer: you check in with how you actually feel, take one meaningful step, and let that be enough for the day.
It brings together a daily check-in, habits, journaling, goals, and a quiet space called The Sanctuary for short breathing sessions. There's also a Freedom Tree that grows as you use it.
I'm planning to launch here soon, so I'm spending some time learning from the community first. I'd love to hear from other makers:
