Once you pay for a subscription, they make it impossible to cancel!
I signed up for a discounted monthly plan, then got charged full price for the second month because of their shady policy. In that second month, I didn’t even use a single credit since I was trying to cancel—but there’s literally no option on the site to cancel your subscription. The only option available is to buy more!
I reached out to support multiple times and never received a single reply. They just keep taking my money without giving me a way to stop it.
This company is dishonest and manipulative. Stay far away and don’t waste your money!
