How would this affect people with narcolepsy, or other sleeping disorders where the users usual sleep cycle is much different than the norm? Could this help them correct thier sleep cycle?

While I agree that in this day and age I expect this type of product for free, I also think you would be a real fool too try & save $29 on something like this vs getting the template that will be most effective for you. That being said, I don't think I have opened an email since 2014 so I don't know how to determine what would be effective.
