I am really impressed with Concierge and how it can drastically improve work efficiency. But something is amiss with its email search and consistency. I am using Concierge Pro and when I ask it to summarize email from any sender, it fails to identify the senders. If I open a new thread and ask for the same sender again, it does the job perfectly. So I have to open 4 parallel threads for the same job and often can't get the task done. This is with the emails in Primary inbox. Its a great tool, but I have to say that it gets frustrating when it does find the emails in your Primary inbox.
