About
I work in business innovation at Samsung, where I spend my days fixing systems, redesigning processes, and making large, messy operations work better for real people. On the side, I’m in my dreamer phase. I notice small everyday problems — the kind people complain about but live with — and I try to imagine simple products that could quietly solve them. Right now I’m not chasing hype or scale. I’m chasing clarity: What’s broken? Why is it broken? And what would “easy” actually look like? Some ideas will stay ideas. Some will become products. All of them start with paying attention.
