Unusable Software and Unresponsive Support I’ve been using Formaloo to create interactive forms, but since the recent update to their version 3 dashboard, the app has become unusable. All of the forms I’ve created are now uneditable and unviewable—they've essentially turned into empty folders with the same names. It's been over a month since I reported this issue to the support team, and unfortunately, it remains unresolved. The support team is slow to respond, often taking days, only to provide links to support articles that don’t address the issue. This frustrating cycle has repeated multiple times with no resolution in sight. As it stands, the software is unreliable and unusable, and the support is equally inadequate. I cannot recommend Formaloo to others in its current state.
