Superhuman
Superhuman is an excellent example of UX/UI geared to human use and efficiency. It's incredible how they've continued to develop improvements, and been able to maintain the mantra of making email EASY. The Splits are one of my favorite features, and the way they continue to integrate AI is sensible, effective, and NOT just to be able to say they've "got AI". Summaries, writing assistance, and able to do it in YOUR voice, is pretty remarkable. It's not perfect, but it's really close. Editing my email after asking for my voice takes moments instead of large re-writes. Keyboard shortcuts galore - thank goodness I don't have to go looking for my mouse to interact. Ctrl-K is something I want EVERY solution to implement. I continue to pay for this, and don't see that ending.

Sidekick is my EDC for browser. I love just about everything, and the only thing to make me leave would be if Arc and Sidekick had a baby and took the best of each. I love the sidebar, the workspace, the groups, the speed, memory management, and more. Just a really, really great browser. AND -- it honors my window title names which are vital to my workflows, automations, and password entry (KeePass).

Arc
I really enjoy so many things about Arc, and they are all the same things that so many others already espouse, so I'm not going to reiterate. Instead, these are my frustrations that keep it from being my EDC browser: 1. Browser Window Titles do NOT serve me. I use other tools that rely on differentiation of window titles, and the fact that KeePass can't tell what window I'm in is incredibly frustrating, let alone time tracking and automations that I use. Arc reports only "Arc", at least as far as the Windows apps that I'm using, so all my regex based on title goes out the window. This makes it unusable for secure password entry, or for any activity that might require tracking or automation. So disappointing since the UI is such a joy. 2. Really that's about it. I continue to use it when I need a second browser to compare or for a different login, and I'm sure I'd find a couple minor other things - but it's the window title. Fix it and you'll really compete with Sidekick for my time.
