I’ve been on the platform since it’s early beta and have been impressed by the team’s ability to keep refining the experience on Soapbox. Looking forward to keeping tabs on what Dean and Jeff are building.

More and more capital is coming from non-traditional venture investors (HNWI, crypto, crowdfunding, etc) and the need for experienced operators on startup boards is becoming critical. A trusted network of board members is needed at any stage and the ability to quickly access that broad, global experience is what makes HG quiet interesting for founders and those looking to pay it forward.

I invested in Jibin and Abi during their time in the Middle East and they were one of the most impressive young founders I'd come across. RideBlock is a badass product and combines unique features not seen in extreme sports or activity trackers. Even though I don't skateboard, I'm looking forward to the snowboard version ;)
