Hey guys! I've always wanted a video journal & diary for myself. I've been on/off with writing a diary for years and have never been able to create a consistent habit. But talking to myself on camera? That's easy to do. I personally am using VJournal, over the past few days, to talk about the articles and books I've read. What is your first VJournal entry about? How will you use it every day?

It was late at night. I was still awake scrolling through YouTube. That's when I first noticed that a YouTuber changed his video's title and thumbnail. Looking a little further, his video hasn't got as much engagement as he expected, perhaps. And that's when it dawned on me. I can create a tool that automates this manual process of testing if your title & thumbnail is bringing in good clicks...

First, let's start with what my failed idea was. I wanted to create a tournaments app where you win a piece of a cash pool for the rank you score in a video game. It was not sustainable and there was a lot of manual work. Most importantly, the app didn't create a win-win situation. For someone to win cash, others had to lose. It's not what capitalism is about. I stopped working on that idea....
