Diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes in mid-2025, I was frustrated that existing apps showed numbers but never explained WHY my blood sugar spiked. As an IIT Madras graduate with 25+ years in technology (JPMorgan, Deutsche Bank, Morgan Stanley), I applied data analysis to my own health data.
