I used Turbotic to automate my support triage, and honestly, the chain-ability is what sold me.
Instead of just "classify this email," I can have it read Gmail, Claude classifies urgency, SendGrid forwards critical ones to my phone(telegram). All in one flow.
I loved the Ui and from a tech standpoint the best part is that you can mix AI models. I am using Claude for nuanced customer sentiment analysis and GPT-4 for weekly summaries.

I would love to have some out of box solutions like a plug and play for small business.
