I’m a full‑time professional building Skillquix alongside my day job, shaped by years of seeing how often hiring, promotion, and development decisions are made with incomplete or misleading signals about skills. Resumes often look strong on paper, but real readiness, execution, and domain depth are harder to judge and explain. I started Skillquix to help make skills clear, domain‑aware, and defensible, while keeping workflows lightweight and complementary to existing tools. My goal is to build a trust‑first platform that helps recruiters, managers, and professionals identify real skill gaps and close them through practical guidance and mentorship not hype or heavy systems.
