1. Fest Connect - event-tech platform i built solo from scratch. Flutter apps, backend, AWS/Azure infra, CI/CD, Grafana monitoring. 5,000+ users across 3 colleges.

2. Ones Need rebuilt a single-supplier water delivery app into a multi-supplier marketplace (think Blinkit/DoorDash style). 500+ daily orders, 3,000+ families. Built 3 Flutter apps: consumer, delivery rider, and supplier onboarding.

What i bring: full ownership from architecture to deployment. I've set up CI/CD pipelines, monitoring stacks, handled live production incidents, and led small cross-functional teams. Comfortable with Node.js, React, and cloud infra alongside Flutter.
