This product can be significantly improved by tweaking some changes. The current product asks the interviewees questions according to the CV. But if an interviewee gives a CV that has nothing significant this product fails to ask standard questions. So with a CV rich with information it works perfectly but with less information the product can be improved more.

I would chose this product because it is easy to use and time saving.
