I've been building software for over 10 years: SaaS products, B2B applications and IoT devices, in recent years as a tech lead and team lead. We kept asking ourselves how our users actually used our products. Which features really mattered, and which only seemed important but nobody used. Every analytics tool meant weeks of setting up events, plus a cookie banner for personal data nobody really needed. So I founded Privatrak: add one script tag and see which features people use and where they drop off, without cookies, consent banners or personal data. Currently based in Bangkok.
