Spent several weeks going back and forth with their support team, with no progress. Pros: Decent review monitoring. Cons: Horrible customer service. Doesn't honor purchase agreements, dishonest sales tactics.

I've been using the starter level. Not really impressive from what I can see- there are better options out there. Their upgrades may be better, can't tell for sure. Tried upgrading, but got into a weird customer support loop and have never got out of it. I paid for an upgrade on a deal, but that communication was lost somehow. So, I can't access what I paid for. Summary: MAY be an OK service....
