That's a cool tool. But a much cooler tool would be for users to send feedback to developers. In complex SaaS where you stumble on some problem every day, it's critical to report it, but it's hard to describe. It may not necessarily be a bug, just small improvements. Yes, you can use live chat, but trying to describe the problem has a very high cost. @iaroslav_medvedev think about it.
