Created fully anon app like this in 2011. Think there is so much potential if fully anon, not much different than a location based FB if not. No logins or anything. Use downvoting logic to downvote post visibility and eventually banning.

Not sure if I need it or can use it. Interpreting logs is nothing I'm good at, but have 14 AWS instances. Occasionally failing and needing TLC. Is it plug & play?

It's change for sake of change. Narrower content window for more ad exposure. Less features for free utility. Like others said - Facebook for business.

Does it work with apps / App Store?
