HackMD is great for quick collaboration and clean documentation. I often use it to outline community SOPs before pushing to Notion. Would love better export options and a slightly more modern UI, but overall it gets the job done.

Notion is my go-to for building onboarding docs, project hubs, and internal playbooks. It’s incredibly flexible, but the performance sometimes lags on larger pages. Still, it's the best workspace tool for distributed teams I've worked with.

I've used ChatGPT daily to draft content, brainstorm campaigns, and handle community FAQs. It's fast, flexible, and surprisingly on point when prompted right. The API integration is a bonus. As a community manager, it's like having an assistant that never sleeps.
