I use it and recommend it to people. Can't beat the price :). Transcription quality is quite good. I'm really looking forward to Zapier integration.

For the price, it's a great choice. Support is difficult to reach and is in an opposite time zone, so can take a long time to resolve. The load speed on my site could use improvement and there are some other quirks that annoy me. Big pros for me were Airtable integration.

I really liked the voice coaching on Centered, but I can't get past the new name/branding. I hope to find an alternative, it really is a great idea!

I use Komodo for walkthrough videos for my tech support clients - it's been great, and the step by step processes that it generates are much more useful than Loom.
