I'm Jacky Yao, a product manager turned indie developer. I won first prize in a hackathon developer competition — then went solo. Now I run a one-person company and build in public. Currently working on Sitemind AI, a breakeven calculator and site-selection report tool for small shops. I care about the math behind small business decisions, and I like shipping things people can actually use.
