
What's great
I’ve downloaded so many fitness apps and quit after a week. This one is different. It doesn’t demand perfection. I’ve done a mix of flows, Barre, and slow strength workouts. Some weeks I train more, some less. But I always come back. And I think that’s what consistency really means.
What needs improvement
I’d love a few more shorter sessions for the days when my energy is low. Sometimes I also wish the app suggested alternatives when I skip a workout. Nothing major — just small tweaks that would make busy weeks even easier.
vs Alternatives
The workouts match my energy, not the other way around, and I like that I don’t have to push through something that doesn’t fit how I feel that day. It just felt more supportive from the start.
