Iβm personally torn. Usage-based is attractive because it feels aligned with how resources are consumed. But I agree that it complicates the billing and can make forecasting tough. Iβve seen some hybrid models where users get some βfreeβ usage and pay more as they scale β that seems to be a good balance.

Consistency vs intensity insights would be helpful. It shows whether progress came from showing up more or pushing harder.
